Member Dining 


The Grill

Our member Grill offers casual a la carte dining six days per week, including lunch Tuesday-Sunday, breakfast on weekends and dinner Thursday, Friday and Sunday (and also on Saturdays in the summer months). We are proud to offer a wide selection of Northwest themed and locally sourced dishes, including a daily "Fresh Sheet" that changes seasonally for lunch and daily for dinner service. 

 

The McIntyre Room

The McIntyre "Mac" Room is open to all members and offers food and beverage service Thursday - Sunday as well as dinner on Thursday evenings. 


The Poolside Cafe

The Poolside cafe offers a convenient place to dine while enjoying the pool or as you make the turn from 9 to 10 on the course. During the summer months, the Poolside Cafe is open seven days per week, from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., and often later on Friday nights. 


Holidays and Special Events

For special club events like the Lobster Fest and Stock Your Cellar Party, as well as for holidays like Easter and Mother's Day, we transform our banquet ballroom into a formal dining room. Always well attended, CECC's marquee events are not to be missed.
